It was a popular hotel in a traditional area, really close to the boat and railway sightseeing spots, many restaurants/convenient stores and the nearest train station.
The bathroom was a little small.

The room is large and brand-new with a fantastic view, also they can offer wake-up service. The location is great near to shops and restaurants. It's close to the train station and lakeside restaurants, and the lake and a tram that goes up the mountain nearby of an incredible view of Mt. Fuji.

The location was great and beautiful for visiting cafeterias and restaurants in front of the hotel. Lakes and hills were in front of the venue. My japanese-style room was new-fashioned with central heating, TV and a fridge.

Quaint hotel with really helpful personnel who stayed at this ryokan at receptionist. Comfy, unbeatable location in Fujikawaguchiko, very close to the lake and a tram that goes up the mountain nearby of an incredible view of Mt. Fuji.

The location was favourable, relatively close to a nostalgic museum. Also was in front of cafeterias and restaurants. The room was reasonably large with a nice bed and hairdryers, a bidet and a shower booth in the bathroom. It had nice views of Kawaguchiko lake and a Japanese decor...

The rooms have a beautiful lake view and are clean with traditional Japanese style decor. The staff are helpful and provide a pick-up service from the train station. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation and a public hot spring is available. The onsen on the top floor offers stunning views of the lake.

This is a hotel go-to for Fujikawaguchiko! The location is beautiful and favourable, in the spring area. And it's nestled in a nice building near to many restaurants/convenient stores, and Lake Kawaguchiko which is the start and finish point of the marathon race.

I was offered a room with pleasant views of the lake. A bath was excellent and everything was perfect. The location was particularly good, for example, Mount Kachi Kachi Ropeway was within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff were accommodating and polite and the location was beautiful near the Museum of Kimonos. Stopped by Fuji Cafe Cup's to get some coffee and treats, it's next door to the venue, recommend.
A little small bathroom, Wi-Fi was bad.

Handy base for exploring Fujikawaguchiko. Quaint property with hospitable employees who stayed at this ryokan at receptionist. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Ideal location in Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district not far from a tram that goes up the mountain nearby of an incredible view of Mt. Fuji, in Yamanashi Prefecture, and the main bus/train station. Also, in a cafeteria style restaurant.
A bit small bathroom.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the station and convenience stores nearby.
